1. No Background Screen Recording
Screen AI does not continuously monitor, record, or screenshot your desktop. Analysis occurs exclusively when you intentionally copy and paste a screenshot or ask a question. When you are not actively interacting with the assistant, it remains completely idle with zero background capture.
2. Local Credential Storage
Your Google Gemini API key and software license key are saved strictly on your local device. Your credentials are never uploaded to our servers, shared with third parties, or collected by us.
3. Direct AI Communication
When you ask a question or submit a screenshot, your communication travels directly between your device and Google's AI services using encrypted connections. We do not run middleman proxy servers that intercept, store, or inspect your private conversations.
4. Audio & Microphone Privacy
Microphone input and computer audio are only accessed when you explicitly start a live voice conversation or request an audio summary. No ambient room sound or computer audio is ever recorded, saved, or monitored in the background.
5. Payment Processing
License purchases are processed securely through Dodo Payments as the Merchant of Record. We do not store, process, or have access to your credit card or sensitive payment details.
