1. Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or purchasing a license for Screen AI ("Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use the Software.
2. Lifetime License Grant
Purchasing a license grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use the Software on one active Windows computer. Your license covers all standard v1.x software updates and patches at no additional charge.
3. API Key & Third-Party Services
Screen AI operates using your personal Google Gemini API key. You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining your API key in accordance with Google's applicable terms of service and acceptable use policies.
4. Payment & Activation
Software license purchases and payments are processed securely by Dodo Payments as the Merchant of Record. License keys are delivered electronically and activated directly within the desktop application.
5. Privacy & Data Protection
Screen AI is built with privacy at its core. It does not run background screen recordings or monitor ambient audio. For complete details on how your privacy is safeguarded, please view our Privacy Policy.
6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The Software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. In no event shall Screen AI or its developers be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Software.
